Varaha Avatar Mythology
According to Hindu mythology, the demon Hiranyaksha had taken the earth to the bottom of the ocean, where it was hidden. The gods and goddesses approached Lord Vishnu for help. Lord Vishnu then took the form of a boar and descended into the depths of the ocean to rescue the earth.
As the boar, Lord Vishnu reached the bottom of the ocean and fought a fierce battle with the demon Hiranyaksha. After a long battle, Lord Vishnu killed the demon and lifted the earth out of the water with his tusks.
The Varaha Avatar is seen as a symbol of strength and protection, and is worshipped by many devotees of Lord Vishnu. The story of Varaha Avatar teaches us the importance of standing up against evil and protecting the earth and its inhabitants.
